- Valid Ticket — a ticket issued by the raffle system, paid for in full, and not cancelled or voided.
- Winner — the player holding the winning ticket for a given draw.
- Winning Number — the ticket number selected by the random number generator.
- Winning Ticket — the valid ticket bearing the winning number.

Amendments
Any change to these rules during the licence period requires the approval of the . An approved change is published on this page and the effective date is updated. The Foundation keeps the superseded version and will provide it on written request to .
Disputes
A dispute about the conduct of a draw, the validity of a ticket or the award of a prize should be raised in writing with the Foundation. If it cannot be resolved, it may be referred to the , which regulates raffle licences in Ontario. These rules are governed by .
